Working principle of electric butterfly valve:
The working power supply usually includes: AC220V, AC380V, etc. Input signal: 4~20mA 0~10v and other weak current signals. After the adjustment type electric actuator and the valve stem are connected and debugged, the electric energy is used as the driving force to drive the hard-sealed butterfly valve plate for a 0-90° partial rotation. Receive the 4-20mA signal of the industrial automation control system to accurately control the valve opening, so as to achieve the adjustment and control of different process parameters such as flow, temperature, and pressure.

Electric butterfly valve classification:
Commonly used electric butterfly valves include wafer type electric butterfly valves and flange type electric butterfly valves. Wafer type electric butterfly valve uses double-head bolts to connect the valve between two pipeline flanges. Flange type electric butterfly valve is equipped with flanges on the valve, and the two ends of the valve are flanged to the pipeline flange with bolts.
